Start Building Sooner is built around a clear idea: simplify the early stages of the building journey so you can take action when it matters most.

We’ve streamlined the process by offering a range of pre-curated colour schemes, professionally selected by our interior design team. This removes unnecessary complexity, reduces decision fatigue, and ensures every home achieves a cohesive, well-balanced result.

At the same time, we’ve maintained flexibility where it matters - with no limits to our home collections, façade options or floorplan variations, and the same expert guidance from our new home consultants that we provide to every new home buyer.

Three options have been developed to meet you wherever you are in your journey.

2 Weeks to contract. 10 weeks to site start

If your land is titled, your finance is in place and you’re ready to proceed, we can issue your contract in just two weeks and have you on site in as little as 10 weeks. This option is designed for customers who are ready to move now on both the planning and construction of a new home.

Sometimes, securing a contract quickly is the priority - even if everything else isn’t quite ready yet.

This option allows you to lock in your contract within two weeks, even if your land isn’t titled or your timeline is still evolving. It’s especially valuable for first home buyers working to finance deadlines or anyone who needs certainty now, with flexibility to progress to site when the timing aligns.

Curated design with upfront pricing

This option is all about simplicity. The process of making interior design selections - alongside managing a budget – isn’t for everyone. Our third option is perfect for interstate builders, investors or anyone who would prefer to skip the colour selection process. It also works for those building on acreage or undertaking a knockdown rebuild, who often don’t qualify for fixed site costs but still want a streamlined pathway.

Choose a professionally curated, pre-selected colour scheme, priced upfront and locked in from the beginning, so there are no surprises later.

View photographs of flay lays and rendered images of a final product to help make the decision even easier.

This option combines design confidence with speed. If your land is titled, you’ll still be on site in as little as 12 weeks!

Reducing delays through clarity and structure

A key focus of Start Building Sooner is reducing the friction that can often slow down the building process.

By clearly setting expectations upfront - from documentation and milestones through to decision timeframes - we’re able to keep projects progressing smoothly and minimise unexpected delays. Our process is designed to be transparent at every step, so you always know what’s required and what comes next.

Combined with fixed site costs where applicable and upfront pricing, this gives our customers greater confidence and control over both timing and budget.

We also understand that getting started can feel like the hardest part - particularly when it comes to finances.

That’s why eligible customers building on new land and financing through our partner Loan Studio can get started with just $5,000 upfront until full finance approval. This staged approach lowers the barrier to entry, making it easier to secure your build while finalising your financial arrangements.
