2027 House for Life

A new House for Life is coming to the Gold Coast. Located at 139 Cowell Drive, Burleigh Heads, the 2027 House for Life is our 12th home built in support of Mater Little Miracles.

This remarkable double-storey home showcases the Riviera 443-D48 design with the brand-new Woodland facade. Designed for generous family living, it will feature five bedrooms, an ensuite and walk-in robe to every bedroom, multiple living spaces, an entertainer’s kitchen and a plunge pool.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our team, volunteer trades, suppliers and partners, the home will be completed, professionally landscaped and fully furnished before going to auction in 2027.

Every dollar from the sale will support Mater Little Miracles, helping fund specialist care, lifesaving equipment and vital research for Queensland’s smallest and most vulnerable patients.

Our history of giving

House for Life has become a cherished tradition at Plantation Homes.

Since 2008, we’ve built and auctioned 11 homes, raising more than $11.9 million for Mater Little Miracles. These funds help support specialist care, lifesaving equipment and important research for seriously ill and premature babies across Queensland.

In 2026, our 11th House for Life sold for a record $2.9 million, setting an extraordinary new milestone for the initiative. Now, our 12th home is taking shape in Burleigh Heads, ready to continue that incredible legacy.
