We know the way Australians live is constantly evolving - and our homes need to evolve with it. That’s why we’re excited to introduce four brand-new designs to our popular Q Collection, including something our customers have been asking for: double-storey homes, now available in the range for the very first time.

The Q Collection was created to make building feel more approachable. It’s about smart design, practical spaces and genuine value - homes that are easy to live in, not overly complicated, and suited to real blocks of land. Over time, we’ve seen more families wanting that same thoughtful approach in homes that offer extra space, flexibility and future-proofing. This new release is our answer to that need.

A first for Q Collection: double-storey living

Leading the launch are three new double-storey designs, each tailored to common Australian lot widths and everyday family life. You’ll be impressed by the way each of these new floorplans work intelligently to make the most of a 25m lot depth.

The Arcadia 243-D26, designed for 10m block widths, proves that narrower lots don’t have to mean compromise; hello, double garage! With open-plan living downstairs and all bedrooms located upstairs, it offers clear separation between day-to-day activity and quiet retreat - a layout that works particularly well for busy households and work-from-home routines.

On 12.5m lot widths, the Langford 290-D31 has been designed with growing families in mind. Multiple living zones allow everyone to spread out, while the upstairs leisure space creates a dedicated area for kids or teenagers. It’s a home that supports togetherness - without everyone needing to be in the same room.

For those with a wider block, the Eden 297-D32 is built for long-term living. Generous bedrooms, expansive living areas and thoughtful zoning make it a design that adapts over time, whether you’re hosting family gatherings now or accommodating changing needs in the future.

A smart new single-storey option

Whilst the new double storey designs might be in the spotlight right now, we simply can’t talk about this latest release without sparing a moment for the Brava 168-S18. This single-storey home has become the first of our designs suited to 10m wide blocks that offers a double garage!

Inside, the layout is all about ease: open-plan living for everyday connection, a dedicated study nook for work or homework, and a private master suite positioned away from the secondary bedrooms. It’s a design that works just as well for young families as it does for downsizers.

Built around real life

What ties these new homes together is the same philosophy that defines the entire Q Collection. These designs prioritise usable space, intuitive layouts and cleaner price points - without removing the features that make a home comfortable and enjoyable to live in.

We’ve focused on practical inclusions, flexible floorplans and proportions that feel right for Australian lifestyles. Whether it’s a kitchen that can handle weekday chaos, living areas that invite connection, or quiet spaces to retreat to when the day is done, each design has been shaped by how people actually use their homes.

The next chapter of the Q Collection

This launch marks an important milestone for the Q Collection. By expanding into double-storey designs while staying true to the range’s core values, we’re giving more home buyers the opportunity to build a Plantation home that fits their block, their budget and their way of life.

We’re proud of how the Q Collection continues to grow - and we’re excited to see how these new homes become part of the everyday stories of the families who build them.
