✓  In-house quality assurance – Our own QA experts complete multi-point inspections to ensure all finishes meet Plantation’s exacting standards.

✓  Walk-through with your site supervisor – Before settlement, you’ll tour your home with your supervisor to check off final details.

✓  Compliance certificates – Covering termite protection, waterproofing, insulation, smoke alarms, electrical, plumbing and more.
