The Plantation Homes weekly fuel voucher prize draw is open to participants aged 18 years and over. Entry is limited to one entry per group, per week. Each week, there will be 10 winners at each display centre, with each winner receiving one (1) $50.00 eGift Card. The competition runs weekly from 28 March 2026, with each promotional week commencing at 10am each Saturday and closing at 5pm the following Friday. To participate, entrants must visit any Plantation Homes display centre during the promotional week, complete the entry form provided, including your name, email and mobile number and submit it onsite to our team. Incomplete, illegible, or otherwise invalid entries will be deemed ineligible. Ten winners per display centre will be randomly selected within one week of each promotional week and notified via the contact details provided (email or phone). If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe (24 hours after the draw), Plantation Homes reserves the right to draw an alternative winner. Winners will receive an email containing a link to their eGift card. The link will take recipients to their personalised eGift card, which can then be redeemed in‑store or online, unless the merchant specifies usage restrictions. Plantation Homes accepts no responsibility for missing, lost, or undelivered vouchers. By entering, participants consent to Plantation Homes collecting, storing, and using their personal information to administer the promotion, contact winners, and to send them future marketing communications. Promotion terms & conditions
M‑Class Slab Included - is available to customers who have paid a deposit from 25 March 2026. For a limited time, Mainvue Collection homes include an M‑class slab at no additional cost, where soil conditions require it. This promotion is based on the removal of the usual cost difference between an S‑class slab and an M‑class slab, valued at up to $19,041 (based on Colorado 565-S61).. Slab classification is determined by site‑specific soil testing and engineering requirements. Additional costs apply where site conditions require slab classifications beyond M‑class.
Mainvue Collection fixed site costs – reduced fixed site costs available on Mainvue Collection homes for deposits paid from 25 March 2026 on eligible lots in eligible estates only. To be eligible lots must have equal cut/ fill site fall less than or equal to 1.4 m across the building platform, developer fill less than or equal to 5.0 m where no Long‑Term Settlement Report is available, and minimum 3.0 m front setback to main wall for single storey and outer most point for double storey, and be in eligible estates. From $990 statement is based on reduced fixed site costs for eligible lots in Flagstone estates. Standard inclusions and exclusions apply to fixed site costs and assume an M class slab is required. Reserve Front & Fabulous offer applies to deposits taken from 25 March 2026 on Reserve Collection only. Different savings apply to different Reserve house designs. Use of FREE refers to façade type with option two render without upgrade finishes or materials and does not include other items in the image. The house specific amount can be taken as a discount off the regular pricing of facades, and the balance can be used towards other upgrades. If the full amount of the offer is not used, the balance remaining will not be provided as a credit. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Buy flooring from $7,990 and receive $6,460 worth of premium upgrades across your kitchen, appliances, ensuite, and bathroom for $2,990. Upgrade packs are pre-set and any changes will incur additional costs. Amendments to floorplans, inclusions or upgrade packs after deposit will attract a $2,000 customer amendment fee and may delay construction. Flooring includes laminate to main living areas or 450x450mm ceramic tiles and carpet to bedrooms, theatre, study, and leisure areas, installed as per the approved design plan and standard laying pattern only; professional cleaning is excluded. Additional charges apply for alternative configurations, and flooring corresponds to the colour scheme flatlay. The Q Collection Move-In Pack includes a Geostone exposed aggregate (Category 1) reinforced concrete driveway as per the site plan, with council application fee and acid wash included; sealing is excluded. The Move-In Pack is subject to soil classification, and if classified as E2 or above, the builder cannot provide a driveway and the pack will be removed.
Price Lock - 12 month price lock on quoted list price, house type, façade cost, standard inclusions and promotion when you pay initial deposit. Price lock applies to deposits taken after 24 March 2026. Price lock set as initial deposit date and available only to those customers who comply with the timeframes set out in the deposit paperwork, sign contracts (and pay outstanding balance of contract deposit) and provide evidence of ownership of title and all supporting documentation by no later than 9 months and achieve site start (commencement of construction work on site) by no later than 12 months from deposit date. If timeframes not met and contracts signed, Plantation Homes will have right to terminate and reprice. You can choose to lock in the base price of your house build, façade cost, standard inclusions and any applicable promotional offers for an additional period, beyond your 12 Month Price Lock, up to a maximum of 6 additional months. The additional price lock extension is available in monthly increments and incurs a fee of $2,000 per month. The maximum extension period is six (6) months, bringing the price lock guarantee to a maximum of 18 months. To secure the additional price lock, you must confirm your interest and the relevant fees are to be added to your sales quotation, tender or contract, prior to contract signing. If your site start occurs before the Price Lock Month additionally purchased and added to your contract, we will credit this back to you by way of building variation. The timeframes/milestone set out by Plantation Homes for signing of the build contract (including payment of contract deposit) and proof of land ownership will be adjusted to reflect the extended Price Lock Month.
We guarantee that if our prices come down before your building permit is issued, you’ll get our best price. At your request, we’ll simply transfer you to the lower packaged price for your quoted house design, façade cost, with the standard inclusions and promotion that come with that lower price, even if you’ve signed a contract!
Cannot be carried forward to any extensions to the 12 month price lock and only applies to the first 12 months not any extended options. Transfer to lower packaged price is only available to those who qualify for the first 12 month price lock period and only until the date on which building permit is issued. There will be no entitlement to elements of the original promotional offer if the decision is made to transfer to a subsequent lower base price offer. Lower base price must be taken with standard inclusions and promotional offer available at the time of the reduction in pricing.
1. Standard terms
1.1 Information on how to enter and claim your eGift Card forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 By entering the ‘Have your say’ promotion (“Promotion”), you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The “Promoter” is Henley Arch Pty Ltd as trustee for the Henley Arch Unit Trust (ACN 007 316 930) of 395 Ferntree Gully Road Mount Waverley Vic 3149.
2. Who is eligible?
2.1 All customers who have signed a contract with the Promoter after 1st January 2016 to build with Plantation Homesor buy a Ready Built home and have either their New Home Presentation appointment scheduled OR have completed their final ‘settlement’ payment of their ‘completed home’ contract (“entrant”).
3. How to enter
3.1 In order to enter the Promotion, the entrant must: (a) submit a valid review of their opinion/ experience building/buying with Plantation Homes to productreview.com.au; and (b) forward the productreview.com.au approval email (you will receive it within 48 hours of submitting your review), along with your Plantation Homes job number and your full name, and site address to [email protected] (c) only enter the Promotion once, as productrreview.com.au will only post one review per job (home address).
3.2 To be eligible to receive your $100 GiftPay eGift Card, the review must be posted publicly on the productreview.com.au website.
3.3 The Promoter will accept all valid reviews (which are posted publicly on the productreview.com.au website) by eligible entrants, whether the review is complimentary or critical, as all reviews by entrants during the nominated promotional period will be eligible.
3.4 The Promoter, their agents, affiliates or representatives will not be liable
for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
3.5 Incomplete, incorrect or incomprehensible job number and contact details will, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, invalidate the entrant’s entry into the Promotion.
4. eGift card giveaway
4.1 Each valid review from an eligible entrant will receive a $100 GiftPay eGift Card (“eGift Card”) with an expiry date as prescribed by the eGift Card conditions.
4.2 The eGift Card cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. eGift Card must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by the winner.
5. How to claim
5.1 The eligible entrant will be sent the eGift Card by email to the email address that was used by the eligible entrant to provide verification of the approved review, within fourteen (14) days of the entrant sending the verification email.
5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry, or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter acting reasonably, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or defamatory.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant if the Promoter becomes aware that the entrant and/or the entrant’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
6. No liability
6.1 If, for any reason, this Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned, including (without limitation) due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to State Legislation.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time and without notice.
6.3 The eGift Card is equivalent to cash. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the eGift Card by someone other than the entrant provided the Promoter has sent the eGift Card to the email address provided by the entrant.
7. Privacy
7.1 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter, and their related entities. This information is collected for the purpose of conducting and marketing this Promotion (including, but not limited to, determining valid entries and forwarding eGift Cards). Building a new home
The referred (new client) must deposit after 21 February 2019 and submit the form to their new home consultant prior to an initial deposit being paid. The referee (current/previous client) must have completed construction of their home with Plantation Homes after 1st January 2012, or currently have a signed contract to be eligible. Once the referred (new client) completes their base stage (slab poured), the referee (current/previous client) will be sent a cheque for $1,000. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer and Plantation Homes reserves the right to review and cease this program at any time without notification.
Move-in ready homes
The Plantation Homes completed homes customer referral program is applicable if the following conditions have been met:
- All purchasers are made directly via a Henley competed home consultant only.
- The contract must be signed at full list price.
- To be eligible, the referring customers must settle a Henley home in the past 10 years for referral payments to be made. Referral payments will be void should the customers not settle their property. A $500 Visa debit card will be provided to the referred customers at settlement of their property. A $500 Visa debit card will be provided to the referrer post settlement of the referred customer’s property.
*To be eligible customers must have settled their property with Plantation Homes withing the past 10 years. Contract must be signed up at full list and settlement must take place within the agreed time outlined in the contract of sale. All repeat purchases must be made through a Plantation Homes completed home consultant. External agency sales are ineligible.
Build a new home
Discount amounts vary depending on build contracts for single or double storey homes, and number of homes purchased to date. Addresses for previous builds must be provided, and the purchasers name(s) must appear on all building contracts. Repeat buyer incentive can be combined with other incentives or discounts, however, it cannot be combined with any other buyer loyalty program. The discount will be issued to the purchaser at tender signing. Plantation Homes reserve the right to change or cancel this loyalty program at any time without notice.
Applicable to all new quotes where deposit paid from Monday 20 October 2025 and is available to customers with titled land or land that will title within the next 3 to 6 months, including acreage blocks. The bonus amount will be determined at the sole discretion of Plantation Homes and may vary across the Q, Mainvue, and Reserve collections based on individual circumstances. It is not available to Completed Homes. To be eligible, customers must provide either satisfactory evidence of ownership of the land title confirming the title date or forecasted title registration date in the next 3 to 6 months from the developer, including estate name, lot number, and expected title date. If the land title date is delayed beyond the initial 3–6 month forecast, Plantation Homes reserves the right to deny eligibility for the promotional bonus. Bonus will be paid by way of a discount from the house price in any build contract that the customer enters with Plantation Homes and is not transferable for cash.
Start Building Sooner (SBS) is designed to help customers move forward with confidence and speed, offering three eligibility criteria depending on readiness and preference.
Eligibility criteria 1 - ‘2 weeks to contract’ and ‘10 weeks to site’ supports customers who are fully prepared to move quickly, with the potential to reach site in as little as 10 weeks.
Eligibility criteria 2 - ‘2 weeks to contract’ - provides a fast-track to contract for those needing certainty now, with flexibility on timing to start.
Eligibility criteria 3 - ‘Curated colours. Upfront pricing. Get home sooner’ offers a simplified experience through pre-selected, professionally curated colour schemes, removing the need for interior design consultations for acreage land and knockdown rebuilds that don’t qualify for fixed site costs.
Each pathway has specific eligibility criteria and conditions, as outlined below.
The SBS program offers eligible customers the opportunity to progress to site in as little as 10 weeks (under Eligibility Criteria 1) from the date your project planner first contacts you, subject to the conditions outlined below. In order to qualify for ‘2 weeks to contract’ and ‘10 weeks to site’ guarantees, you must comply with all of the following conditions. If any condition is not satisfied, the guarantees will no longer apply. In this event, Plantation Homes will continue to work as diligently as possible to commence construction sooner than would otherwise occur under standard processes
To qualify, you must:
- Have registered land and finance locked in
- Eligible for fixed site costs prior to payment of the initial deposit
- Select a predetermined SBS internal and external colour scheme in sales so that a colour or interior design appointment is not required. The selected colour scheme must remain unchanged in order to maintain eligibility for the 10 weeks to site guarantee.
- No requirement for town planning, council approvals, or council relaxations for the site or build, as determined during initial eligibility assessment.
- No requirement for a home sewerage treatment plant.
- Sign the tender within twenty four (24) hours of issue.
- Sign the building contract within seven (7) days of receipt. A copy of the standard HIA contract will be provided as early as practicable to allow customers to familiarise themselves with the contract terms.
- Pay the balance of the 5% deposit within seven (7) days of signing the building contract.
- Sign the electrical variation within forty eight (48) hours of the electrical appointment.
- Provide evidence of approved finance within thirty (30) days of signing the building contract.
- Provide all other documentation required under the contract within thirty (30) days of signing the building contract.
Please be aware that the ‘2 weeks to contract’ and ‘10 weeks to site’ timeframes applies only to matters within Plantation Homes’ control. Where delays occur due to covenant approvals, Council approvals, statutory authority requirements, or other external parties, the length of those delays will be added to the 10 week timeframe.
Participation in the ‘2 weeks to contract’ and ‘10 weeks to site’ pathway is subject to eligibility criteria and limited program capacity at the time of application. Acceptance into the pathway is required, and availability may change prior to acceptance. Once accepted, customers must continue to meet all program requirements.
‘2 weeks to contract’ - enables eligible customers to enter into a building contract within 2 weeks, including titled or untitled land where Plantation Homes agrees to accept the job for 2 weeks to contract. Conditions 1, 9, 10 and 11 above do not apply to pathway 2 and it does not include a guaranteed timeframe to site start.
‘Curated colours. Upfront pricing. Get home sooner’ provides a streamlined experience through predetermined colour schemes, removing the need for an interior design consultation. This pathway is available for acreage land and knock down rebuilds that don’t qualify for fixed site costs but still want a streamlined experience. No guaranteed time frames apply, however with no time required for an interior design consultation you will certainly start building sooner than would otherwise be the case.
